“Si se cree y se trabaja, se puede.” — “If you believe and put in the work, it’s possible” – Diego Simeone

Jorge Guevara

Jorge is a Las Vegas native designer of Mexican heritage, driven by a passion for creating thoughtful, impactful architecture rooted in community. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from UNLV and plans to pursue a Master’s degree as he continues to refine his approach to inclusive and sustainable design. For Jorge, architecture is not just about buildings, but about how design can meaningfully support people’s everyday lives.

He has been actively involved in the Latino Youth Leadership Conference for over eight years and currently serves as a Program Coordinator, where he helps develop programming that empowers and inspires students across Nevada. This work has shaped his perspective on leadership, community engagement, and the importance of designing with intention.

Jorge is always willing to help wherever needed, and approaches each opportunity with a mindset to learn, contribute, and work hard. He values being part of a team environment where collaboration, accountability, and growth are shared priorities, and he takes pride in showing up consistently for both the work and the people around him.

Outside of the office, Jorge spends most of his time staying active and outdoors—backpacking, hiking, running, camping, or in the gym. He’s always picking up new hobbies (and rarely sticking to just one), recently completing a half marathon and working toward a full. He’s also a dedicated soccer fan and supports FC Barcelona. Whether it’s time with family and friends, exploring nature, or finding new creative outlets, Jorge values balance and staying connected to the things that keep him grounded.
