Project Architect
LGA Architecture is seeking a creative Project Architect to join its dynamic process-driven firm located within the heart of vibrant downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience and must be willing to re-locate to Las Vegas. An architectural degree and license is required. The capacity to work fully in or willingness to learn ArchiCAD to model, design, and document is required. The candidate must exhibit strong presentation, leadership, design, and technical skills. The applicant must also have the ability to think critically as responsibilities will include developing creative design solutions, conceptual design, and to lead and inspire a team.

Interior Designer
The Interior Designer at LGA contributes to the design and coordination of healthy, beautiful and functional spaces for our clients. A good fit for this position will enjoy working collaboratively with clients and colleagues, and under the direction of LGA’s Interior Design Manager to understand programming requirements, preferences, and budget and use creative skills and knowledge of design principles, building codes, and materials to develop interior design plans and execute them.

Daily activities to include:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the project.
- Develop design concepts and plans for interior spaces, including floor plans, color schemes, and FF&E.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture that meet the client’s needs and budget.
- Create 3D models and renderings of interior spaces to visualize designs for clients.
- Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are feasible and meet building codes.
- Supervise the installation and implementation of design plans, ensuring the project is completed within budget and on time.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and design techniques to provide innovative design solutions to clients.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an interior designer, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and / or other 3D visualization software.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

LGA Architecture is seeking looking a strong and organized Project Manager to join its dynamic process-driven firm located within the heart of vibrant downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience. An architectural degree from an accredited program and license is preferred. The successful candidate will exhibit sound organizational skills, knowledge of building systems, scheduling, and specifications. A key component to this position is great customer service, the ability to work with many professionals and consultants and guide the teams to a successful outcome.
The position will be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects for successful outcomes. The Project Manager serves as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction. The position actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; budget and schedule; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. The Project Manager estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects.
