Baylee Buchman
Baylee joined LGA Architecture in 2025, bringing a thoughtful and grounded design perspective shaped by both rural roots and urban experiences. Originally from Emporia, Kansas, Baylee earned her Master’s of Architecture with a minor in Urban and Regional Community Planning from Kansas State University, as well as obtaining her LEED certification in 2023. Following graduation, she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she began her professional journey before relocating to Las Vegas with her husband and joining the LGA team.
Her design philosophy emphasizes functionality, intentionality, and the power of architecture to enhance daily life. With a deep appreciation for sustainability, biophilic design and rich textural palettes, Baylee is passionate about creating spaces that feel alive, welcoming, and purpose-driven. She believes that the built environment should enrich our lives—not confine them.
Outside of work, Baylee enjoys going for walks, reading, exploring new cafes, and traveling, always drawing inspiration from the world around them.
