LGA Architecture is looking for a strong and organized Project Manager to join its dynamic process-driven firm located within the heart of vibrant downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience. An architectural degree from an accredited program and license is preferred. The successful candidate will exhibit sound organizational skills, knowledge of building systems, scheduling, and specifications. A key component to this position is great customer service, the ability to work with many professionals and consultants and guide the teams to a successful outcome.

A critical component is for this position to work on construction administration primarily on public projects.for the first year before focusing on Project Management of new projects. The construction administration duties include managing construction meetings, supervise and review submittals, RFI’s COR’s, reviewing applications for payment and providing feedback to design teams in an effort to ensure quality of documentation.

This position’s role will begin with primarily construction administration duties on public projects and later transition to Project Management duties for new projects. The PM position will be responsible for:

  • The coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects for successful outcomes.
  • The Project Manager serves as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction. 
  • The position actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. 
  • The Project Manager estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects.
